With the light reduction these filters offer, they are also ideal for long-exposure shooting. You get four filters in this kit, an ND8, ND16, ND32, and ND64. They reduce the light that enters each lens by a variety of stops, but note that the 7x telephoto lens is slightly altered in its light reduction, so footage captured with all three lenses is evenly exposed.
